Week 10 didn't really feature any surprises as far as game results go. The Maroon $quad absolutely pounded the Terrorhawks in their series by scoring 14 runs throughout the 2 games and only allowing 2 runs to score. Holy Balls defeated the Pink Penguins 8-2 in game one and 7-1 in game two. The only occurrence of the evening of any surprise was the unraveling of the Welfare Warriors. They were mercy ruled by Beaver Fever in their first of two games with the score of 17-0. Greg Sowards threw a perfect game against the Warriors but something else seemed to have the team defeated. The mood of the team was tense and the chemistry between the players was volatile. By the end of the first game two of the players were so fed up that they walked off the field leaving Jeremy Litton the last man standing from his team on the evening. Beaver Fever agreed to Litton's request to make up the second game the following week if time permits but this instance really makes everyone in the league wonder...are the Welfare Warriors history? Tune in next week to find out.
