Maroon $quad are no doubt making a name for themselves in the league. They are undefeated so far at 10-0 and are ascending in the national rankings (currently at #18) and look to turn heads at this year on a national level if they continue to do well. They are a brand new franchise to the league and are off to a fantastic start. Josh Hager, the team's captain, was one of the first people to contact the commissioner about joining the league this year. His initiative and talent as a recruiter have paid off. He also is the team's go-to pitcher and leads the league in wins and ERA. James Clagg has set a commanding lead on most batting statistics including home runs, RBIs, and hits. He also has recently had success on the mound as one of the fastest pitchers in the league. Ryan Briers is second only to Clagg in the home run race and is one of the top 10 hitters in the league and occasionally relieves on the mound. Randy Steele can often be spotted with a cigar in hand (or mouth) generally having a good time and is also one of the best hitters in the league. Together this team has put up some stellar offensive numbers while remaining a hard team to score on. They've managed to achieve such a position in the league without being overly competitive and poor sports - a fine quality that has also made them a well liked team.
